2.Blogger: Create account and email professor if you haven't already. Then, in a blog, focus on one passage from the reading that you found valuable, questionable, or interesting. Summarize that passage for a reader, and then explain what you found valuable, questionable, or interesting about it.

3. Twitter: Create account and compose tweet with hashtag #climatecasino. Then search for the hashtag and follow everyone who Tweeted it. Then you are following the class.

4. Discussion: We'll talk about the reading, then I'll put you in partners. I then want each group to examine one passage from the text. Students will prepare to summarize the passage in their own words to the rest of the class. If time doesn't permit this, then students should save their notes for next class/for their overall assignment.
